Intoxicating Lies by Meg Geisewite is a one-sitting read. Once, I started I could not put it down! Meg has a gift for making us feel as if we not only know her but we know her story. Though our experiences may be different, so many women in today’s society have bought the lies and bought into the mommy wine culture.  What began as a way to unwind and relax took us down a slippery slope of “needing” it to unwind and relax. Meg’s personal stories and insight were so very helpful in my own journey to finally freeing myself from gray area drinking and realizing that I deserved more out of life than what the lies promised!
